Dr Schauer has been a savior to my back and neck! Not one of those chiropractor mills where you are cracked, popped and sent on your merry way - you are given personal attention that goes beyond the session, with exercises and stretches to do at home to complete the treatment. The doctor employs the newest techniques and technology and is continuously learning about the profession. It is so rare to find someone who is so obviously enjoying what he does, and as a patient, there is nothing better. On the practical side of things: scheduling is easy, and he works with most major insurance companies; and we haven't had any issues with billing, which has been, let's say, complicated, with other providers. Dr. Austin is a lifesaver. He has helped me a lot. Before him I went for months to clinics that promised to fix my back and only fixed it temporarily. He's taken care of the problem from the root, but not only that. He takes the time to explain things to you, and he's not like other doctors that seem to be "on the clock". Dr Schauer is the best! We have been seeing him for over a year now and feel brand new after each visit. He takes his time during adjustments and personalizes each visit no matter the time involved- and we have never had to wait! I found Dr Schauer last year just from a Google search. After confirming he was covered under my insurance, I went to see him and was very impressed. He gave me a thorough exam and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed. He gave me a few adjustments and I left feeling much better!
